Let alone the experience and perspective from Florence, CIDI Chanapatana faculty have their own way to teach. Many has been recognized by the approach that faculty are only the partner of learning experience. They will teach how things can be done in a proper way but never, again never, want their students to learn individual style from them. Individual style is individual per se, meaning that it has to be invented or inspired from insider realm of each student. One good professor may teach ten good students with one of his own style while CIDI Chanapatana professors teach ten good students to have ten styles of their own. This is the philosophy that has been instilled here at CIDI Chanapatana since its early years.

One benefit is the interactive atmosphere in the classroom that faculty are more than welcomed to answer and argue with interesting questions. There is no tell-and-do here at CIDI Chanapatana. Often, Thai students who may not be familiar with direct, clear comments and feedbacks are well surprised while submitting their works and receive a tough, yet constructive, opinion. Yet it is not uncommon here that faculty and students form a great relationship both inside and outside the class. While faculty bring their passion to teach, many of our students express their passion to welcome their faculty to Thailand in many ways.

Faculty who teach at CIDI Chanapatana hold a broad array of strong educational background, mostly from Italy, while posses a wide experience in their professions as a designer.
